To create an up-charge you must follow these steps:
1. Log into the back office.
2. Go to products and items.
3. Go to up-charges.
4. Click the add up-charge button.
5.  Fill out the name, what categories the up-charge applies to, how much of an up-charge, and the time the up-charge is active.
6. If you set a role to have access to it ALL roles will have access to it.  If you don’t set a role to it, it will not work with any roles.
7. Hit save once you have filled out all required fields.
